What areas do you service?

  • Most of Southern California. We have two locations, one in Hemet, CA and one in Palm Springs, CA. We try to offer reasonable delivery charges or even free delivery for locations within 100 miles of either of our locations. If you are outside these parameters, please inquire for delivery charge.

Delivery Charge:

  • Within 30 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, $50 minimum order: FREE DELIVERY
  • Within 30 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, under $50 order: $10 delivery charge
  • Within 30-60 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, $100 minimum order: FREE DELIVERY
  • Within 30-60 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, under $100 order: $20 delivery charge
  • Within 60-100 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, $250 minimum order: FREE DELIVERY
  • Within 60-100 miles of Palm Springs or Hemet, under $250 order: $50 delivery charge

What if rented items are damaged or lost?

  • Please see our Terms and Conditions for individual item pricing. If item is lost or unusable, this predetermined price will need to be paid.

When do you drop off and pick up?

  • Please indicate the time you would like us to drop off and pick up upon check out and if you have any special instructions for us regarding location of event.

Do you give a discount for renting multiple items?

  • Yes! Please see our Rental Packages page, we will send an invoice for any package you would like to book!

Can I pick up my items?

  • Yes! You can meet us at our storage unit for free pick up.

Do you set up?

  • We can upon your request for an additional charge which will be determined after we have all the details.

Rental Agreement/Terms of Service:

  • Upon each booking customers are agreeing to our Rental Agreement.
